OSAKI has a proud history of over 25 years in the professional manufacturing of hairbrushes, continually expanding our operations. Our journey began with the lease of a 200-square-meter factory space, two injection molding machines, and a team of ten dedicated workers.

Over the years, we have grown exponentially. Today, we have our own factory over 25,000 square meters and employ over 200 skilled workers. We have developed a comprehensive hairbrush production chain, covering rubber molding, vulcanization, injection molding, coating, bristle planting, head dyeing, assembly, and packaging. Our annual production capacity has reached to 30 million hairbrushes.
